The applicant portal is an interactive tool which provides the ability to review your application status online. This portal enables communication for items which need attention in order to further the progression during the licensing process.
When Arkansas State Medical Board receives an application and approves its completeness, acknowledgement of receipt is emailed. Once initialization of the licensure process and data entry into ASMB records is complete, an applicant portal is activated. Upon activation, the applicant is emailed their File ID# with instructions to access the Applicant Portal.
ATTENTION: A valid private email address must be up to date on file in our system. If this information is missing or incorrect, you will need to send a Change of Address form and fax it to (501) 296-1972.
Provide the information to have your File ID# resent to your email address on file, once your portal access has already been established.
