You are running Internet Explorer 11 in non compatibility mode which has an issue. Here is how to set Internet Explorer 11 to run in compatibility mode
Easy 3 step process!
Select the settings menu by clicking the small round gear like icon in the upper right corner or use the keyboard shortcut (Alt + T).
Click the 'Compatibility View Settings' in the setting menu.
Add the site to the compatibility list by clicking the 'Add' button and then you will see the site name in the list.
Now just click the 'Close' button in the window and you are done.
